Project Overview
Indoor Air Care completed a commercial A/C system replacement on Florida’s Treasure Coast, replacing the existing equipment with a new matched indoor and outdoor system. The project included rooftop equipment, indoor air-handling components, refrigerant and electrical connections, condensate drainage, duct transition work, and complete system testing and calibration.
The existing A/C equipment was removed and replaced with a new matched system, including rooftop outdoor equipment and horizontally installed indoor components. Indoor Air Care completed refrigerant, electrical, condensate drainage, and duct connections as part of the installation, then tested and calibrated the system to manufacturer specifications.

The A/C system was tested for airflow, cooling operation, refrigerant levels, and calibrated to manufacturer specifications after installation.
This project required careful coordination of the rooftop and indoor equipment, including coordinating crane service for rooftop equipment placement. The installation also involved adapting to the existing ductwork and completing the refrigerant, electrical, and condensate drainage connections.
